Enrollment Is Easy As 1..2..3!!!

At HECDA, we value your time. Therefore, we have improved our enrollment process. By using Easy Enroll, parents can enroll from home in 1..2..3!

Note - Easy Enroll is NOT mandatory. We welcome parents to visit HECDA to complete the registration process.

Here's how Easy Enroll works:

Step 1 

Download, Print, and Complete the following forms;

• Child Application (one per child) - Please complete and sign.
• Discipline and Guidance Policy - Please sign.
• Tuition Express Form. Complete and sign.

Note - HECDA does not accept cash payments. We can accept personal checks, money orders, Visa, MC, or Discover Card.

Step 2

Fax completed and signed documents to HECDA @ 281.444.3996 One of our administrators will contact you with any questions prior to your child's scheduled start date. (Please bring originals to HECDA on/before start date)
